We rolled out Flynn and he was on the job only had one thing in mind and that was to get the win, and he did. Well done ,the team supported him defensive with some good catches from henry a and some solid in fielding from Darc, Rion, Harry and Blake. Cooper ran down a fly ball in the alley which was a highlight, great catch well done Coop.

Base running superb nothing more to say on that

Hitting again good got the job done ,Henry and Flynn's doubles got us rolling

Well done overall a good game

Coming up against the first place Sox we got off to a great start with a lead off walk to Will McAuliffe, a double off the bat from Archie Lovelock followed by an RBI ground out to Max Stagg got us to out a 1-0 lead. We went toe to toe with a very good team through the first 2 innings and held that 1-0 lead.

Max battled away on the mound, a few missed plays meant the score ballooned out to 6-1. Will Holt made a great catch at 2nd, but a lose throw couldn't complete a double play.

Owen Williams threw in relief and did a great job in his first ever bullpen appearance.

Another good step for us, we will continue to work hard and find that elusive W.

Sundays game was played against Southern Districts Hawks. It was one of the most enjoyable games as a coach to watch, seeing the team do what we've practice during the week taking effect on the field. Highlight of the game was Cyrus with an past the cones double, the hard work Cyrus has put over the last couple of years, it was great to see it paying off. Angus pitched really strong as well as Nic and Kai, who both were good in the field and at bats. It was also great to see Oliver having a good hit. Sam caught well and is showing great patience at bats. Max was another who has been working hard on his batting and too smacked one out to the outfield. Dazza, Ren and Harrison are all making great progress and showing that on the field. And Callum is starting to find his feet at first. We still have a lot of hard work ahead of us, but we are going the right way about it.
